The Ad-hoc Constitution Re-Draft Committee, formed after the approval of a motion in the General Assembly in March 19, 2012, will be holding an Open Forum on September 10, 2012 from 15:00 to 17:00 in the EGSS student lounge (Room 612 of the Ed. Bldg.). A draft of the document will be circulated at the forum and those in attendance will have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in the revision process. The final version of the proposed constitution will be drafted following the open forum and will be made available to all EGSSers.
This version will be voted on at the GA. Amendments to this version will be accepted from September 11, 2012 until September, 18, 2012. All amendments will be discussed and voted on at our General Assembly on September 26, 2012.
