The “Braving Intersectional Trauma to Change Hegemony” initiative is very happy to announce its first event! Thursday, August 29, 5@7 at the Institute for Gender, Sexuality and Feminist Studies (IGSF, McGill), 3487 Peel Street, 2nd Floor.
This student-run initiative seeks to support self-identified women, femmes, and gender non-binary graduate students. We hope to create connections, facilitate workshops and discussion, and address challenges students are facing in the institution.
In order to plan activities for the coming year, we need you! Come ready to eat, share experiences and ideas and talk about what you want to see for the upcoming year.
Snacks, sweets, and non alcoholic drinks will be provided. We are trying to make this event as eco friendly as possible: please bring your own cup! #BYOC
