IMPORTANT UPDATE

Thank you for showing your interest in attending and/or participating in the EGSS Conference 2020. As a committee, we have worked hard to organize a conference that could cultivate community across different fields and provide an opportunity for graduate students (from within or outside McGill University) to share their research outputs, to enhance their academic skills, and to grow as professional researchers.

Unfortunately, with the events surrounding the coronavirus, we have decided to postpone the conference.Although our conference is a low risk event, we do not want to take any risk, and do our part to not spread the virus even more. We do not know yet when we will reschedule the event, but we will let you know as soon as possible.

EGSS hosts an academic conference every year. The EGSS conference is one of the few student-run conferences in Montreal, and it usually attracts a number of students both from Quebec and other Canadian provinces.

The EGSS conference is a great opportunity for students to present their work in a friendly environment. We encourage undergraduate and graduate students from everywhere to participate!
